Managed AI for physical environments

AI built into the building.
The brain that runs it, managed by Gravity.

Two parts. The environment: cameras, microphones, sensors, and controls, designed into the space or added to it. The brain: the Gravity Brain, a dedicated GPU node in your rack that runs every model on site. We design, install, and operate both. Nothing the building sees leaves it.

How Gravity is built

The environment.
The brain.

Every Gravity site has two halves. We design, install, and operate both, as one system.

01 / The environment

What the building can sense and do.

  • Cameras, ceiling microphones, and environmental sensors, concealed where they should be.
  • Lighting, HVAC, shades, access, and A/V, through the control system you already have.
  • Designed into new construction or retrofit into the building you own.
02 / The brain

The Gravity Brain runs it all on site.

  • A dedicated GPU node in your rack. Every model runs here, on hardware you own.
  • Provisioned, monitored, patched, and scaled by Gravity. You never touch a driver.
  • Sub-second response. Works with the internet down. Zero egress.

The brain

Inside the Gravity Brain rack.

One managed rack connects the building’s network, sensing, audio, and controls to the models that run them.

  1. 01

    Network core

Connects the rack, local devices, and building network.

  2. 02

    PoE switches

Power and data for cameras, sensors, and other endpoints.

  3. 03

    Audio DSP and amps

Routes, processes, and drives audio throughout the space.

  4. 04

    Control processor

Runs the existing Lutron, Crestron, Savant, or other control layer.

  5. 05

    Gravity Brain

Dedicated GPU compute runs the site’s models locally.

  6. 06

    Power and cooling

UPS and thermal management keep local control running.

Managed by Gravity

Capacity without upkeep.

Dedicated GPU capacity, sized to your cameras and models. We provision it, monitor it, patch it, and scale it as your site grows. You never touch a driver.

Sensing

New and existing inputs.

We install cameras, microphones, and environmental sensors, and integrate the ones you already have.

Controls

Keep the control system.

Lighting, HVAC, shades, access, and A/V. Gravity sits above the existing control system rather than replacing it.

Every component above is inside your building. Zero egress.

How we work with you

One accountable team.
From drawings onward.

We design, install, and operate the environment and the brain as one system.

  1. 01

    Design

Rack, network, sensing, controls, and compute.

  2. 02

    Install

Coordinate trades and build the system.

  3. 03

    Commission

Connect models, policies, and room actions.

  4. 04

    Operate

Monitoring, model updates, and hardware refresh.

Convenience without risk

Small models, fast,
and fenced in.

The brain can request actions. The environment’s rules still decide what is allowed.

01

Physical actions run on small, provisioned models on the Gravity Brain. Sub-second response, no cloud dependency.

02

Every action passes through the existing control system’s rules. AI can request a scene; it can’t override HVAC limits, unlock a door it isn’t permitted to, or exceed setpoints you’ve defined.

03

Read-heavy, write-light. The models watch everything and are only allowed to touch what you’ve explicitly enabled.

The space, in action

What the building
learns to notice.

Each input in the environment becomes something the brain can act on. All of it processed on site, none of it leaving the building.

01

What the cameras see

  • Walk in. The room is ready. Presence adjusts lights and climate as people arrive. Enrolled household members get their own settings.
  • Who’s at the gate. Deliveries, staff, and strangers distinguished on the local device, not in someone’s cloud.
  • Room use, not just recordings. Which spaces are used, when, and by how many. Footage stays on site; the insight comes to you.
Video → presence, security, awareness
02

What the microphones hear

  • Say it from anywhere. Whole-home audio becomes a whole-home command surface.
  • Life observability. The house knows when someone falls, when the alarm didn’t get shut off, when the dog hasn’t been let out.
  • A cue when it counts. Coaching and guided experiences respond to what’s actually happening in the room.
Audio → command, safety, guidance
03

What the sensors report

  • Comfort without a schedule. Temperature, CO₂, and daylight drive climate and shades per room, inside the limits you set.
  • Doors, water, power. Open, leaking, or off. The brain correlates it with who’s home and what the cameras show before it bothers you.
  • The brain watches itself. GPU health, network, and UPS state reported to Gravity so we fix it before you notice.
Sensors → comfort, alerts, uptime

Where the work happens

Same building.
Different path.

The difference is where the data goes, and what the response depends on.

Where we install

Private spaces.
One brain per building.

Gravity designs, installs, and operates the environment and the brain.

01

Luxury residences

Whole-property sensing, controls, A/V, and a private brain on site.

02

Family offices & investment firms

Managed infrastructure for spaces where footage and context should stay inside.
