Gravity Compute, Inc. (“Gravity,” “we,” or “us”) provides this website to describe our work and help people contact us. This policy covers information associated with this website and related inquiries. It does not cover customer-operated on-premises systems, whose data processing is addressed by separate agreements and notices.
Information and how we use it
Information you provide. If you call, write, or contact us through LinkedIn, we may receive your name, contact details, organization, and the content of your inquiry. The website contact form prepares an email draft in your own email application; the page does not submit your entries to a server or store them in browser storage. You decide whether to send the email. For career inquiries, information may include professional history and materials you choose to share. We use information you send to respond, discuss potential work together, evaluate career inquiries, and keep related business records. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information in an inquiry.
Technical information. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs to deliver the site, control access, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.
No credential collection. The Gravity Login and Site Manager page is a coming-soon page. Its fields are disabled; it does not accept, transmit, or store login credentials. This website does not access your camera or microphone or collect facial-recognition data.
Hosting, cookies, and tracking
This site is hosted on Google Cloud. Its pages, images, and fonts are static files served by a container running on Google Cloud Run, reached through a Google Cloud load balancer. The Gravity-authored pages do not include analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social widgets, or browser-storage code. Fonts are served from this site rather than requested from a third-party font service.
This website does not set cookies. The pages are public static files, so no sign-in, session, or access-control cookie is used to deliver them, and the load balancer does not use cookie-based session affinity. Google’s load balancing and application hosting services process request data such as IP address, browser and device information, the page requested, and timestamps in order to serve the site, and may record that data in operational logs used for reliability, abuse prevention, and security. See the Google Cloud Privacy Notice for Google’s practices as our hosting provider.
Gravity does not use this website to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our pages do not perform cross-site tracking. Because the site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics technology, there is no such activity here for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to disable.
Disclosure and external links
Information may be handled by service providers supporting hosting, security, communications, and business administration, as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the security of our services.
Links to LinkedIn, maps, and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. They are links, not embedded services. Information you provide directly to those services is governed by their policies.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and business records for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose of the interaction, an ongoing relationship, and applicable legal, security, or recordkeeping obligations. The period depends on the record and its purpose. Providers’ operational logs and platform account information are subject to their own retention practices. No internet service or method of transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, including portability, objection, restriction, or a complaint to a privacy regulator. We respond as required by applicable law, may verify your identity, and may retain information where legally permitted or required. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children
This site is intended for a business audience, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can address it.
Policy updates
We will post changes here and update the effective date. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
